Welcome, trustees.  this forum is set up to be viewable, readable and postable only by the trustees. Perhaps we can transition off of the yahooboards list at some point.

This is great Peter, I also like the topic selections that you set up in the forum.
How is this  forum only usable by trustees? Did you have to enter all of our information on the forums admin site? Just curious.

Micki, actually no. Syd figured out access to the back end of the forums. We only had to submit users names. We are missing some of the boards individual user names once we have them they are easily entered in. There is also a check off box that can be changed by the simple click of the mouse as to who can access each of the forums.

Peter, Do you know how to get the user names? Let me know if you need help with that.

I found everyone's username except Marilyn.  I don't see a membership in there for her.  Is there another way to make a user, aside from having a membership, or does she get a freebie for being secretary?

To make this forum "board only," I marked all the board members as "moderators" in the user admin section.

I'm curious about the dates. When I logged in the date was 1969, that was before I knew what a computer was.
Yes, I was alive and vivacious back then.
And perhaps it wasn't the date.

Jill, What date? Where is the date you're looking at located?
If it's the date from your computer it may mean that the internal battery is going. This happened to my mac once.

Naomi, Micki gave me a tutorial just the way you did last night.
You both have been my life-saver.  Obviously I'm trying this out to
see if I can remember how to do it.
