Simes Studios is recognized nationwide for its excellence in applied artistry, spanning both contemporary and traditional settings. After meeting and developing their decorative painting skills in Buenos Aires, Cindy and Jorge Simes moved to Chicago in 1988, where they soon founded Simes Studios. Since then, the studio has grown into a nationally recognized business with a full-time team of professional artists and support staff.

Known for their distinctive style and meticulous attention to detail, Simes Studios incorporates historical references, cross-cultural influences, and striking visual effects into their custom work. Their wide range of specialty techniques includes murals, stenciling, venetian plaster, and many other forms of decorative painting, along with gilding specialties, verre  églomisé, and custom mirroring.
